    Reviews

I reached out to 'Vilnyi Vybir' after my husband was killed in the war. For a year, I cried every day and spent most of my time at the cemetery. My mental state was very difficult, and emotionally I was only getting worse. Now, I feel better — I’m beginning to live again, though it remains a very hard journey.

I’ve been in therapy for just over three months. After about two months, I noticed significant improvement. I managed to come out of depression without medication.
